  • Planning: Develop the project scope, establish timelines, and allocate resources
  • Budgeting: Prepare and manage the project budget, and keep track of spending
  • Scheduling: Monitor progress and set deadlines
  • Quality control: Ensure the project meets contractual and legal requirements
  • Risk management: Identify and mitigate potential risks
  • Communication: Work with stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors
  • Team leadership: Create and lead a team, and delegate work
  • Subcontractor management: Prepare and review bids, and negotiate and manage contracts
  • Safety: Ensure compliance with safety regulations
