Senior Creative Specialist

Key Responsibilities

End-User Support

• Conceptualise and design marketing collaterals including brochures, flyers, print ads, digital assets, and more - ensuring creative consistency with the XCL World Academy brand.
• Assist in directing internal video shoots, collaborating with production teams to bring the school’s stories to life through compelling, high-quality visual content.
• Manage and oversee creative outputs from our designated external agencies - ensuring all deliverables align with our strategic goals and reflect our premium brand identity.
• Be a creative leader and brand guardian - confidently communicating ideas and presenting work to internal stakeholders, leadership, and partners.
• Bring a fresh, innovative perspective to all campaigns and initiatives, contributing to the evolution of the school’s visual identity and storytelling approach.
• Receive full support to explore new ideas from campaign concepts to branded content - helping shape the future of our creative direction.

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 6 years of experience in graphic design or art direction, ideally within a fast-paced in-house team or creative agency.
• A portfolio that demonstrates versatility, originality, and a strong eye for detail across print, digital, and campaign work.
• Hands-on experience with video production direction or support - confident in visual storytelling across formats.
• Strong communication and presentation skills - able to clearly articulate ideas and engage diverse stakeholders.
• Exceptional project management and organisational skills - able to handle multiple projects and tight timelines without compromising quality.
• A collaborative, proactive mindset, and the ability to inspire both internal teams and agency partners.
