Senior Executive / Assistant Manager, B2C Sales [FMCG]

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee the annual B2C sector plan with distributors.
• Track sales performance, analyse gaps, and recommend improvement plans.
• Provide accurate stock forecasts and monitor distributor/trade stock levels.
• Develop and execute Trade Marketing Plan, aligning it with Sales and Marketing objectives
• Implement trade promotions and create impactful in-store campaigns
• Support new product listings and distributor collaboration.
• Report on B2C sector trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

• Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in B2C sales, distribution management, trade marketing or a similar role.
• Good understanding of the FMCG industry, market trends, and competitive landscape.
• Strong relationship-building skills to engage and collaborate with distributors, trade customers, and internal teams.
