Senior Executive Producer

- 30 years of experience in Indian media

- Masters degree in Indian languages and the arts

- Multi-lingual proficiency

- Willing to be stationed in India on long-term basis

- Assemble and manage multiple production teams

- Monitor various production activities and project supervision

- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports

- Manage multiple teams of creative personnel

- Budgeting and cost control

- Proper documentation of all work-related matters

- Update detailed daily reports and records of on-going productions

- Organise daily production schedule

- Manage various teams of writers, directors and producers

- Team player

- Understand video editing, multiple camera direction, art direction and production designing

- Other creative job that may be required from time to time
