Senior Interior Designer

We are seeking a Senior Interior Designer to join our team, bringing creativity, innovation, and leadership to residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. In this role, you will develop design concepts from idea to execution, collaborating with clients, an internal carpentry team, contractors, vendors, and suppliers. Your ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate all aspects of design and implementation—while ensuring timely communication of changes in scope and cost—will be critical to the success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developcreative and functional design tailored to client preferences for residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.
• Prepare detailed design drawings, 3D renderings, and material boards to effectively present proposals to clients.
• Maintain strong communication with clients to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring designs align with their vision.
• Work closely with contractors, suppliers, and internal carpentry team to ensure seamless project execution.
• Manage and oversee multiple projects concurrently, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Oversee payment collection against project milestones. Ensure additional work, features, or changes in scope are communicated to the team and the client, with revised invoices or quotations issued as needed.
• Stay current with industry trends, materials, and design innovations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in interior design, with a focus on Singapore residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, CooHom, and Willing to Learn New Software
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Experience working with internal teams, especially carpenters or craftsmen, to ensure custom design features are executed to specification.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, ensuring that all team members are aligned on project goals and requirements.
