Senior & Junior Quantity Surveyor

Main Role & Responsibility

· Responsible for all tender and customers enquiries.

· Preparation of tender submissions including taking off quantities and sourcing for quotations from

suppliers and sub-contractors

· Compare pricing and prepare costing summary for all projects

· issuance of purchase order, payments variation orders, settlement of final accounts with

sub-contractors and suppliers

· Monitor and keep track of deliveries from sub-contractors.

· Responsible for progress claims, variation orders, settlement of final accounts with client.

· Conduct negotiations with suppliers and sub-contractors to achieve competitive pricing

· Prepare and maintain competitive pricing information for all trades

· Budget & cost control for all projects

· Site Visit if needed

Qualifications / Requirements

· Diploma/ Degree in Quantity Surveying/ Building or equivalent relevant qualification

· Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in Interior Fit-out Works industry with main contractor

· Strong negotiation Skills

· Competent in costing related computer software

· Good team player, highly motivated, meticulous and cost conscious

· Able to meet tight datelines and work under pressure

· Candidates without experience but with the relevant qualifications can be considered for the junior position

· Years of Exp Required : 5 years for Senior, 1 year for Junior

· Skills : Quantity surveyor skills, Negotiation skills, Communications skills, Customer service

· Language : Spoken & Written in English And Mandarin

Salary range: S$2800 to S$4800
