Senior Methods Engineer

• Determines creative and innovative methods and solutions for complex bridge engineering problems and selects the most efficient and economical manner in meeting the objectives.
• Applies advanced bridge engineering techniques and analyses.
• Utilize thorough knowledge of current technology to select and apply appropriate engineering software for use on projects
• Perform complex bridge engineering tasks and particularly important engineering work efficiently and accurately.
• May function as discipline Project Engineer or Discipline Lead on medium to large projects, assuming responsibility for the work of the group.
• Commitment to quality and continuous improvement through innovation, creative thinking and improved results.
• Establish and maintain cooperative and productive relationships with all employees, clients and other stakeholders.

Requirement :

• 10 years of related work experience
• BS in Civil Engineering with structural emphasis
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proficient knowledge of MS Office and AutoCAD
• Comprehensive knowledge of industry standard and specialty bridge design and analysis software
• Strong, self-motivated leader
• Complex and diverse problem solving skills
• Ability to deal effectively with different styles of clients and staff
