Senior Quantity Surveyor

Job Description:

• To review and monitor project costing, including inter-project and inter-company cost/ charging concern
• Manage Quantity Surveyor in the administration and review of procurement and contract management
• Review contract documents and providing cost estimates on tenders
• Prepare and monitor project cost budget, cash-flow for project, track changes in design/construction work, variations and adjust budget projections accordingly
• Oversee and manage main contract progress claim and subcontract payment including variation claim
• Resolving contract disputes and contract claims, assessing entitlement for extension of time and loss/expense claim
• Manage record keeping for all contract-related correspondences and documentations
• Communicate contract-related information to all stakeholders

Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in contract negotiation, administration and/or management
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication
• Ability to work with tight deadlines
• Independent and a good team player
• A high level of integrity, dependability with a strong sense of urgency and result oriented
