Job Description

Customer Service:Delivering warm, professional, and attentive service to guests.
Taking accurate orders and making recommendations.
Addressing customer inquiries, feedback, and service recovery.
Ensuring a pleasant dining experience for all customers.
Team Leadership and Support:Guiding and supporting junior crew members on service procedures and standards.
Assisting with training new team members.
Working collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff.
Operational Tasks:Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the service area.
Preparing and serving food and beverages.
Handling cash register duties (cashiering).
Assisting with opening, closing, and shift handover procedures.
Ensuring floor readiness and table turnover efficiency.
Performing basic housekeeping and equipment maintenance.
Upselling and Promotion:Promoting and upselling menu items and special offers.
