Job Description:
Supervise and lead construction workers and site supervisors on daily activities

Plan and assign work tasks according to project schedules and drawings

Ensure work is carried out according to approved plans, quality standards, and safety regulations

Monitor site progress and report daily work status to the Project Manager

Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site engineers

Ensure proper use of materials, tools, machinery, and equipment

Enforce workplace safety, housekeeping, and site discipline

Resolve site issues and support problem-solving on technical matters

Maintain site records, attendance, and material usage.

Requirements & Skills:

Minimum 5–10 years of experience in construction site supervision

Strong knowledge of construction methods, drawings, and site safety

Ability to lead workers and manage manpower effectively

Good communication and coordination skills

Familiarity with MOM and workplace safety regulations

Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
