Senior/Quantity Surveyor (Plumbing & Sanitary)

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

• Assist in preparing project tender submission including bills of quantities, check tender drawing, material specifications, prepare and submit the P&S plan, shop drawing, & other required documents;
• Assist with prepare and submit monthly progress claims, variation orders (VO), and finalize accounts.
• Assist with quantity measurements and cost estimation.
• Liaise with Managers, Team Members, Customers, Sub-Contractors, and Suppliers.
• Purchasing and inventory management;
• Perform administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Effective communication skills in English and Mandarin to interact with various stakeholders and counterparts.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Strong team player with good interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Cubicost TME and/or AutoCAD.
• Immediate start or short notice is preferred.
