Service Staff

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and provide friendly, attentive service

• Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve promptly

• Assist customers with karaoke room arrangements and basic system usage

• Ensure tables and karaoke rooms are clean, tidy, and properly set up

• Clear tables and reset rooms after use

• Handle basic customer enquiries and resolve issues politely

• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow

• Follow hygiene, safety, and service standards at all times

• Assist with simple cashiering duties when required

• Support other service staff during peak hours

Job Requirements

• No experience required; training provided

• Prior F&B or service experience is an advantage

• Friendly, patient, and customer-oriented attitude

• Comfortable working in a lively environment with music

• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

• Good teamwork and communication skills

• Basic English required (Mandarin or other languages is a plus)

• Physically fit and able to stand for long hours
