Job description

• analysing, designing, developing, testing and maintaining the Microsoft SharePoint system for the campus community.
• attending to helpdesk ticket assistance and troubleshooting.
• enhancement to existing system / new project development work.
• support, bug fixes, addressing vulnerability issues/fixes of existing systems.
• maintenance of up-to-date documentation of program changes and testing procedure.
• provision of monthly work progress report records.
• working with the other developers at the Polytechnic.

Requirement:

• A Degree/Diploma in Computer Science or its equivalent.
• Strong technical and analytical skills, meticulous and organized.
• Independent, good interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
• Have positive work attitude.
• For SharePoint Application related skill, the Supplier’s personnel shall have:
• 4.2.1. At least 3 years of application development and/or maintenance experience on SharePoint.
• 4.2.2. At least 1 year of hands-on experience in SharePoint Online (SPO) customization with power automate and power apps. He /she shall have experience in Power Platform development and integrations including building custom apps with Power Apps, automating workflows with Power Automate, connecting Power Platform components with SPO.
