Site Engineer

We are seeking a dedicated Site Engineer to oversee the design, planning, and execution of structural and civil engineering projects. The role requires strong project management skills, technical expertise in structural analysis, and the ability to manage resources effectively to ensure safe and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets using MS Project.
• Conduct structural analysis and design using STAAD Pro, Tekla Structures, and AutoCAD.
• Utilize Revit and Navisworks for 3D modeling, BIM coordination, and clash detection.
• Manage tendering, contract administration, and cost estimation processes.
• Perform quantity surveying including BOQ preparation and resource allocation.
• Oversee construction management activities including steel structural works, pipeline design, and site supervision.
• Monitor compliance with regulatory standards and workplace safety requirements.
• Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a Structural Engineer and Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in:
  STAAD Pro | Revit | Navisworks | Tekla Structures | AutoCAD | MS Project
• Strong knowledge in:
  Structural Analysis & Design, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Steel Structural Works, Designing, Tendering & Contracts Management
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines.
