- Technical Documentation: Prepare and maintain site reports, method statements, risk assessments, and other essential project documents.
- Drawing & Plan Verification: Review and interpret construction drawings, ensuring work is carried out accurately and resolving discrepancies as needed.
- Material & Resource Management: Track material usage, coordinate deliveries, and ensure resources are utilized efficiently.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely project completion.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and address site issues proactively, collaborating with project managers and construction teams to resolve challenges.
