Job Description:

This is a full time role for an Site Engineer (Plumbing & Sanitary) located in Woodlands. Our clients specialise in water, gas pipeline, and sewer construction, plus plumbing‑sanitary systems.

• Project management involving Plumbing & Sanitary.
• Documentation of method statements and work procedures.
• Review and monitor site construction activities to ensure work completion as scheduled.
• Evaluation, cost estimation & analysis for Plumbing & Sanitary.
• Preparation of design construction drawings.
• Liaison with all parties involved in the project including Local Authorities, Consultants, Architects, Main Contractors, Sub-Contractors & Suppliers.
• Attend site meetings and inspections.
• Any other business related matters assigned by the Management/Head office.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in M&E Engineering, Building Construction, or a related field.
• BCA Certificate in Plumbing & Pipefitting is an advantage.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in plumbing and sanitary construction.
