Monitor quality of construction to ensure compliance with building control regulations.
Monitor the progress of construction to ensure it adheres to the project timeline. Negotiate with relevant parties to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Plan work schedules to ensure project plans are carried out as planned. Prepare reports to track the progress and cost of the project.
Supervise site labour force to ensure project operations comply with standards and regulations
