Site Supervisor

Job Description & Requirements

• Scheduling the workers, and making sure instructions are carried out properly
• Attend site meeting
• Monitor, and keep track of the site work progress to ensure the waterproofing work is carried out in a quality and efficient manner.
• Maintain proper documentation and reporting to the Senior Manager
• Coordinate, communication among team members, customers, and contractors and ensure all works are carried out according to approved drawing/specification
• Provide on-site solutions during supervision works

Requirement:

• Min 1 year of experience in a supervising position
• Able to read, understand, and work from technical drawing
• Having a Building Construction Supervisors Safety (BCSS) Cert, Managing work at height, Class 3 Driving Licence
• Good communication skills, able to coordinate & liaise with people at all levels.
• Able to work under tight schedules
• Hard-working and keen to learn
• Team player and also able to work independently
