Job Description

  • Supervise finishing works (tiling, plastering, painting, façade installation).
  • Ensure alignment with architectural drawings (layouts, elevations, material specs).
  • Inspect aesthetic quality (e.g., surface finishes, alignment, waterproofing)
  • Monitor formwork, reinforcement, and concrete pouring (slabs, beams, columns).
  • Verify compliance with structural drawings (rebar spacing, load-bearing elements).
  • Coordinate with engineers for design changes or technical issues
  • Conduct daily inspections to ensure work meets industry standards
  • Attend site meetings and provide progress updates.
  • Any ad-hoc duties asigned
