Site Supervisor

Lead the build. Drive safety. Deliver quality.
We’re looking for a proactive Site Supervisor to manage daily site operations, coordinate teams, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards.

Job Description

• Support Project Manager / Project Engineer on daily site work.
• Supervise site works and subcontractors’ activities.
• Attend meeting, coordination, prepare works schedule & site supervision
• Conduct daily toolbox meeting
• Planning of manpower allocation
• Ensure site safety and daily housekeeping. Enforce WSH policies and drive safety on site.
• Ensure machinery and material needed are in place for site activities
• Ensure all the machinery is in working condition before work started.
• Assign job to workers and ensure work done on schedule.

Requirements:

• Possess Certificate in Building Construction Supervisor Safety (BCSS)
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Prior experience working as Foreman or Site Supervisor
• Sound knowledge of construction safety regulations
• Working knowledge of construction tools, machinery and equipment
• Can work well in a team
• Can multitask, must help to do general work if required
• Ability to keep track of multiple projects
