Job Description

Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Oversee daily activities on the construction site, ensuring compliance with project plans and specifications.
Lead and manage construction workers, subcontractors, and other staff, monitoring their performance and productivity.
Implement and enforce health and safety regulations, conducting regular inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
Typically, 3-5 years of experience in construction management or a similar role is required.
Address and resolve any issues or emergencies that arise on-site, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.
Prepare and present progress reports to clients and stakeholders, summarizing project status and any challenges faced.
