Job Description

Supervise finishing works (tiling, plastering, painting, façade installation).
Ensure alignment with architectural drawings (layouts, elevations, material specs).
Inspect aesthetic quality (e.g., surface finishes, alignment, waterproofing)
Monitor formwork, reinforcement, and concrete pouring (slabs, beams, columns).
Verify compliance with structural drawings
Conduct daily inspections to ensure work meets industry standards
Enforce safety protocols
Coordinate with engineers for design changes or technical issues.
Solutions for delays or constructability issues.
Attend site meetings and provide progress updates
