We’re looking for a proactive Site Supervisor to manage daily site operations, coordinate teams, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards.

Job Description

Support Project Manager / Project Engineer on daily site work.
Supervise site works and subcontractors’ activities.
Attend meeting, coordination, prepare works schedule & site supervision
Conduct daily toolbox meeting
Planning of manpower allocation
Ensure site safety and daily housekeeping. Enforce WSH policies and drive safety on site.
Ensure machinery and material needed are in place for site activities
Ensure all the machinery is in working condition before work started.
Assign job to workers and ensure work done on schedule.

Requirements:

· Possess Certificate in Building Construction Supervisor Safety (BCSS)

· Good interpersonal and communication skills

· Prior experience working as Foreman or Site Supervisor

· Sound knowledge of construction safety regulations

· Working knowledge of construction tools, machinery and equipment

· Can work well in a team

· Can multitask, must help to do general work if required

· Ability to keep track of multiple projects
