Site Supervisor / Senior Foreman

Supervise day-to-day construction site operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company standards.

Coordinate and assign tasks to construction workers, subcontractors, and trade specialists.

Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve potential safety or quality issues.

Assist in interpreting site drawings, work plans, and material specifications.

Liaise with project managers and engineers to report on work progress, manpower deployment, and material requirements.

Ensure proper use, handling, and storage of construction materials, tools, and equipment.

Provide on-the-job training and guidance to junior workers to improve productivity and workmanship.

Enforce Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) standards on site.

Manage and record daily manpower attendance, work progress, and site activities.

Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Manager
