Job Description:

Supervise blasting, painting, and piping teams (locals & foreign workers) to ensure safety, quality, and productivity. Plan work schedules, conduct toolbox meetings, inspect finished work, and liaise with shipyard or client representatives. Provide training and mentorship to junior staff.

Salary Range Offered: SGD 2,800 – 3,800 per month
