Social Worker/Counsellor (Yishun Family Service)

• Provide consistent and purposeful casework management for not more than 28 cases with multiple needs and safety risks.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve good case outcomes.
• Perform intake duties as part of intake team, assessing client’s needs and providing recommendation.
• Conduct group work program to support clients and their families to adopt healthier lifestyles.
• To undertake any additional responsibilities and duties assigned by Director.

Requirements

• Degree, Graduate Diploma or Master in Social Work / Degree or Master in Counselling.
• Candidates without experience are welcome to apply.
• Good report writing skill.
• Good Interpersonal and Communication skills.
