Job Description

Social Worker

  • Salary : $3,500 - $4,500
  • Location: Sembawang
  • Working hours: Mon to Thursday (8am to 545pm) Friday (8am to 445pm)

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop individualise care plans for residents
  • Execute the care plan and monitor progress
  • Develop and implement programmes and activities to meet the residents’ care needs
  • Put up 6th monthly review reports and monthly interview records for about 50 residents

Requirements

  • Degree in Social Work
  • Preferably experience in Social Service Sector or related field
