Job Description

Salary : $3,500 - $4,500
Location: Sembawang
Working hours: Mon to Thursday (8am to 545pm) Friday (8am to 445pm)

Job Responsibilities

Develop individualise care plans for residents
Execute the care plan and monitor progress
Develop and implement programmes and activities to meet the residents’ care needs
Put up 6th monthly review reports and monthly interview records for about 50 residents

Requirements

Degree in Social Work
Preferably experience in Social Service Sector or related field
