Staff Nurse_GP Clinic

Job Description

• Perform front-desk duties including patient registration, appointment booking, dispensing of medication, billing, and payment collection.
• Attend to patient enquiries and provide a positive patient care experience.
• Support doctors in clinical procedures, including chaperoning, vaccinations, blood taking, wound dressing, monitoring vital signs, and coordination of laboratory/diagnostic services.
• Provide nursing care, including history taking, patient education, counselling, and dispensing.
• Carry out administrative tasks such as claims submission, stock management, and clinic audits.
• Perform other duties related to patient care and clinic operations as assigned.

Job Requirements

• 5.5-day rotating shift (AM, Noon & Evening) workweek (Weekday + 1 Weekend (Either Saturday or Sunday).
• No overnight shifts.
• Minimum qualification: Diploma in Nursing
• Possess a valid practicing certificate (Singapore Nursing Board)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• BCLS & AED Certified

Advantage (Not Mandatory)

• Familiarity with Plato CMS.
• Experience in submission of insurance and Medisave claims.
• Proficiency in Mandarin/Dialects is an advantage to assist non-English-speaking elderly patients. (This is included as a job necessity rather than a preference to align with fair hiring practices.)
