Store Assistant (1-year contract)

Purpose:

The store assistant performs basic tasks that facilitate the logistics process, by monitoring inbound and outbound movement, safely and efficiently handling items and maintaining accurate inventory records.

Responsibilities:

• Un-crating/unpacking of incoming materials from local and overseas shipment
• Receiving and checking of incoming materials
• Put-away for materials to location based on Goods Receipt slip
• Picking & packing of materials based on Production Order/Delivery Note
• Perform monthly cycle counts to maintain inventory levels
• Perform 5S to keep working environment safe and clean

Requirements:

• Minimum Secondary education or equivalent
• Able to be independent in his/her role when doing tasks assigned
