SUPERVISOR

Job Responsibilities:

1. Thoroughly inspect vehicles to identify problems or potential hazards.

2. Use diagnostic tools to assess different systems of the vehicle.

3. Conduct daily maintenance tasks such as changing engine oil, tire rotation, and brake inspection.

4. Replace or repair parts to prevent major failures.

5. Use tools and equipment to identify and fix mechanical and electrical issues.

6. Analyze error codes and data to accurately identify problems.

7. Repair or replace faulty components, such as engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems.

8. Diagnose and repair electrical problems, including wiring, starters, alternators, and electronic system issues.

9. Inspect, repair or replace brake components, including brake pads, brake discs, brake calipers, and brake lines.

10. Resolve suspension system issues to improve vehicle handling and comfort.

11. Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a safe working environment.

12. Supervise and coordinate assigned shifts; hold pre-shift meetings with shift personnel daily.

13. Conduct on-the-job training (OJT) for employees, including correct and safe methods for using equipment and machinery for daily cleaning.

14. Ensure that all daily and regular cleaning tasks are carried out as planned.

15. Handle complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.

16. Check the punctuality and discipline of employees.
