Recruitment — Cleaning Supervisor (Singapore)

We are looking for a Cleaning Supervisor to join our operations team.

Responsibilities:

• Assign and supervise daily cleaning tasks

• Manage roster and deployment of cleaners

• Communicate with clients on site requirements & feedback

• Monitor cleaning standards and safety procedures

• Handle basic inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment

• Assist in training new staff on work processes

• Respond to on-site issues and report updates to management

Requirements:

• Supervisory / team leader experience preferred (cleaning industry is a plus)

• Able to coordinate manpower and scheduling

• Basic communication ability (English / Mandarin or simple communication)

• Responsible, hardworking, and reliable

• Able to work in mall/office/building/industrial site environments

• Singapore work experience preferred

Employment Details:

• Salary: Negotiable / Based on experience

• Working Hours: Roster / Day or Night shift (based on project)

• Location: Islandwide projects (deployment depends on site)
