SUPERVISOR

Requirements

· Proven experience as Supervisor or similar role

· Organizational and leadership abilities

· Communication and interpersonal skills

· Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

· Problem-solving skills

· Able to work start job from 4am

· Not allergic to seafood

· Must work on weekends/PH.

Responsibilities

· At least 5 years of experience

· Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees

· Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules

· Oversee and coach employees

· Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements

· Monitor staff performance and hold staff accountable for their performance

· Coach and develop discipline all front-of-house employees through ongoing feedback of performance expectations

· Work with Logistics and Procurement to manage supplies deliveries and inventory and maintain records of invoices

· Contribute to management staff meetings

· Guarantee safety and security of customers and employees by following established guidelines and procedures regarding loss prevention and risk management
