SUPERVISOR AND GENERAL FOREMAN (M&E)

- supervise activities construction site

- control and coordinate the activities and workers

- interpreting specifications and job orders

- estimating manpower requirement

- assigning duties to workers

- analysing and resolving work problems

- Must be willing to work overtime if required.

- To assist the Project Manager in managing a construction site in its day to day operations.

- Supervise all construction worker and solve disputes between workers if required.

- To carry out inspection of workers' personal protection equipment and safety gear in order to adhere to the company's safety policies.
