Job description

Anticipate needs by greeting customers promptly and assessing their requests in a busy environment

Support sales clerks by completing sales according to established policies and procedures and be able to lift up to 15-20KG

Maintain a self-starter attitude while process sales transactions and providing excellent customer service

Attend product training meetings and develop an understanding of all the company's products

Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring financial statements are prepared accurately and in a timely manner Can assist accountants in checking accounts

Support inventory management processes and reconcile inventory accounts when necessary.

Requirement:

Singapore Class 3 driver's license and clean driving record

Must be able to travel to other retail locations radius

Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows or the ability to learn new software quickly

Familiar with accounting related work and able to work on weekends and public holidays

Demonstrated ability to stoop, bend, and kneel frequently, and the ability to be on your feet for 6-8 hours during one work shift

Be strongly skilled in organization, problem-solving, customer service, and multitasking while being committed to excellence

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

3-5 years of working experience is a compulsory.
