Job Responsibilities
Oversee daily restaurant operations and on-site management
Supervise and coordinate front-of-house and kitchen staff
Prepare staff schedules and ensure smooth workflow
Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction
Train, guide, and motivate team members
Handle customer feedback and operational issues
Support the owner/manager in achieving business targets
Job Requirements
Relevant experience in the F&B industry (supervisory experience preferred)
Responsible, proactive, and able to lead a team
Good service attitude and communication skills
Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Basic English communication skills required
