Roles & Responsibilities

• Supervisory role and also involves in the following work;
• Provide and deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction;
• Assist in daily shop operations;
• Organize shop for easy and safe shopping experience for customers;
• Ensure shop displays and products are in excellent conditions;
• Perform cashier duty as and when required;
• Perform stock take and replenish of stocks, inventory control;
• Maintain shop cleanliness and safe environment;
• Ability to work under fast-paced and passionate in serving customers under all conditions;
• Comfortable with retail hours, including weekends and public holidays;
• Undertake store administration duties such as managing store budgets and updating financial records.

Requirements

• Possesses good communication skills;
• Ability to speak multi-languages and other foreign language, Vietnamese etc., are most appreciated;
• Having a responsible, outgoing and positive attitude;
• Flexibility in working retail hours, weekends and public holidays;
