Key Responsibilities:
Team & Staff Management
Create and manage weekly staff schedules
Train and supervise part-time and new staff
Monitor attendance and support HR administration
Store Operations
Conduct opening and closing checks
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper equipment conditions
Monitor POS product listings and restock as needed
Support daily sales tracking and reporting
Customer Service
Welcome and engage customers warmly
Handle customer feedback and minor compensation
Assist with upselling and recommendations
Inventory & Ordering (Supportive Role)
Track stock and report low inventory
Assist with basic ordering and food safety standards
Requirements:
Prior experience in retail, F&B, or customer service preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
