Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Train, motivate, and schedule staff, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.

Production Oversight: Supervise egg receiving, washing, grading, setting, packaging, and storage.

Data & Reporting: Track production data, analyze trends, generate reports, and manage inventory/supplies.

Problem Solving: Identify and resolve operational issues, liaising with farm teams for quality feedback.

Essential Skills & Attributes

Strong observation, attention to detail, and problem-solving.

Ability to work independently and in a team.

Good communication for reporting and team guidance.
