Job Description

  • Provide IT technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Develop, maintain, and improve internal IT systems and applications.
  • Support system users with account setup, software updates, and troubleshooting.
  • Assist in application development projects using Java, Python, Dart (Flutter), C#, and ASP.Net.
  • Ensure IT systems run efficiently and securely.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT solutions that enhance workflow.
  • Monitor and resolve IT incidents to minimize downtime.
  • Document IT processes and maintain user guides.
