Talent Acquisition Executive

About the role

Super Bean International Pte Ltd is seeking a results-driven Talent Acquisition Executive to join our dynamic team based in the North/East Region. In this full-time role, you will play a key part in supporting our growing business and help us attract the best talent in the industry.

Candidate should be willing to relocate to 14 Senoko Way(Near Woodlands/Sembawang) around the end of the 2025.

What you'll be doing

Recruitment & Selection

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding.
• Source, screen, and interview potential candidates for various positions, including frontline, operations, and corporate roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and create effective hiring strategies.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through job portals, social media, career fairs, and employee referrals.

Employer Branding & Talent Engagement

• Develop and execute employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
• Manage the company's career page and social media recruitment campaigns.
• Organize and participate in job fairs, campus recruitment, and industry networking events.

HR Reporting & Compliance

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports.
• Ensure all hiring processes comply with local employment laws and company policies.
• Prepare regular hiring updates and analytics for management review.

What we're looking for

• Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• 1-3 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in the F&B, retail, or hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and employer branding.
• Proficient in using job portals, and other sourcing platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet hiring deadlines.
