Technical Business Analyst

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst to join our Singapore team. The role requires a strong mix of business analysis expertise and technical understanding to effectively translate business needs into actionable technical requirements. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, UX/UI teams, and developers to ensure successful delivery of technology-driven projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with stakeholders to gather, validate, and document business and technical requirements.
• Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications, technical specifications, and user stories.
• Develop process flows, wireframes, and prototypes in collaboration with UX/UI teams.
• Liaise with development teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented.
• Assist in API documentation, data mapping, and integration specifications.
• Use tools such as JIRA and Confluence for project tracking and documentation.
• Support testing activities, including reviewing test cases and participating in UAT.
• Act as a bridge between business teams and technical teams, ensuring alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Technical Business Analyst in IT, software, or digital projects.
• Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills.
• Experience creating user stories, process flows, and functional specs.
• Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Figma (or similar).
• Good understanding of APIs, databases, and basic backend/web development concepts.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Attributes:

• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Exposure to data analysis or business intelligence projects.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
