Technical & Specification Executive/Manager

Schedule and conduct meetings with architects and designers to present products for project specification

Understand project requirements, design intent, performance criteria, and budget constraints

Recommend suitable products and systems for inclusion in project specifications

Provide technical presentations, samples, mock-ups, and product demonstrations

Support architects with technical data, drawings, BIM objects, certifications, and compliance documentation

Follow up to ensure products are written into specifications, schedules, and tender documents

Coordinate with internal technical, sales, and project teams to support specification success

Track project pipelines from concept through tender and construction stages

Maintain strong professional relationships with architects, consultants, and key decision-makers

Gather market intelligence on upcoming projects, competitors, and specification trends
