Job Description

Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network systems
Monitor and ensure smooth functioning of servers, workstations, and IT infrastructure
Troubleshoot system errors and provide timely technical support to end-users
Manage user accounts, access rights, and IT security protocols
Perform regular data backups and recovery testing
Assist in implementing and maintaining IT policies and procedures
Support procurement, setup, and inventory of IT equipment
Liaise with external vendors for system support and maintenance
Ensure cybersecurity measures and updates are in place
Keep up to date with latest technology trends and apply relevant solutions

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
Good knowledge of networking, Windows/Linux systems, and cloud platforms
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
