Technician

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a hands-on and customer-focused Technician to join our team to support product installation, servicing, and repairs across range of systems or assemblies.

Responsibilities:

• Perform installation, servicing, and repair of systems or assemblies.

• Accurately update and maintain service reports and job records.

• Upkeep of the store or workshop as required.

• Support ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor or management.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism on-site.

Requirements:

• Good hands-on skill with experience in drilling, grinding and cutting.

• At least 1 year of experience is preferred. Fresh graduate with good attitude will be considered.

Education & Qualifications

• NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma or equivalent in Electrical, Mechatronics, or related technical fields.

Work Conditions & Requirements

• Willing to work overtime when necessary.

• Physically fit – able to lift, carry, and install equipment.

• Team-oriented, responsible, and capable of working independently.
