Job Summary

Provide direct support to the team leader and engineering staff by preparing tools, performing maintenance, assisting in troubleshooting, and maintaining a safe and organized workshop environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and organize tools and equipment to ensure availability and readiness for daily tasks
• Perform routine maintenance and calibration on tools and equipment to maintain optimal performance and extend lifespan
• Assist senior technicians or engineers in troubleshooting and repairing equipment and systems
• Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance, repairs, and inventory for tracking and accountability
• Follow all safety protocols and correctly use personal protective equipment (PPE) to ensure a safe work environment
• Actively participate in housekeeping activities by cleaning work areas, storing tools properly, and disposing of waste materials appropriately
• Collaborate effectively with team members to meet project goals and support a positive workplace culture

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma / Bachelor or equivalent in a related field
• Proven experience in a technical or maintenance role
• Strong mechanical and technical aptitude with the ability to operate various hand and power tools
