Technologist, Process Transfer (2-Year Contract) - Medical Device / EAST #HHL

💰 Salary: Up to $4,800

🕗 Working hours: Mon–Fri | 8:00am – 5:00pm (Start-up phase)

➡️ After 2 years: Shift Pattern (Mon–Fri) 6:30am – 3:15pm OR 3:30pm – 12:00am

Company transport provided (Tampines / Sembawang / Yishun / Punggol)

Responsibilities

• Lead equipment validation and support new transfer and maintenance activities to ensure operational readiness and compliance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and validate robotic automation and manual oven systems, enhancing production efficiency
• Independently modify and update technical documents and artifacts to maintain accuracy and compliance with engineering standards
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software system issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain system reliability
• Escalate risks and issues to integration partners effectively to resolve roadblocks and maintain project timelines
• Plan and conduct Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) with vendors to verify equipment performance and compliance with specifications
• Perform other ad-hoc duties such as occasional photocopying and deliveries to support team operations

Requirement

• Minimum Degree or Diploma in a related engineering field or CAD-related certification
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience, with openness to train fresh graduates demonstrating a strong attitude
• Proficient in mechanical and electrical CAD drafting to produce accurate technical drawings
• Demonstrated knowledge in software development and troubleshooting to support system integration and maintenance
• Skilled in electrical design and troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve electrical system issues
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and procedural documents accurately
