Tender Quantity Surveyor

Job Descriptions:

•⁠ ⁠Attend site briefing.

•⁠ ⁠Prepare quantity measurement, costing, and estimation for tender submission.

•⁠ ⁠Review and understand tender documents, including drawings, specifications, and contract conditions.

•⁠ ⁠Source, compile, and compare quotations from suppliers and subcontractors and clarify discrepancies and negotiate for competitive pricing.

•⁠ ⁠Ensure timely submission of accurate and competitive tender proposals.

•⁠ ⁠Attend tender interviews with clients, deliver presentations, and address their queries.

•⁠ ⁠Revise proposals based on addenda or clarifications and follow up on tender outcomes and feedback.

•⁠ ⁠Any other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements:

•⁠ ⁠Minimum 2 years of Singapore related working experience is compulsory.

•⁠ ⁠Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying / Construction Management / Building Services / M&E Engineering.

•⁠ ⁠Relevant local working experience would be preferred.

•⁠ ⁠Good oral & written communication skills with a positive work attitude and willingness to learn.

•⁠ ⁠Able to work independently under minimum supervision.
