Tender Quantity Surveyor

Job Overview:

We are looking for a meticulous and driven Tender Quantity Surveyor in Yishun to join our growing team in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend site show rounds as required
• Study and analyze tender specifications and drawings
• Perform site quantity measurement for project tendering
• Source of materials and sub-contractor required for projects
• Responsible for administration of project budget, Variation Order (VO) and settlement of final accounts
• Evaluate price comparisons and prepare costing summaries
• Prepare tender and contract documents
• Liaise with clients, sub-contractors, suppliers, and all relevant project stakeholders
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, or related discipline
• Minimum [2] years of relevant working experience in the construction industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Project and AutoCad
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
• Knowledge of Singapore’s construction regulations and industry practices
• Able to work independently, multi-task, and meet tight deadlines
