Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Manage transportation scheduling, dispatching, and monitoring to ensure optimal operational efficiency
• Collaborate with the Operations Manager to develop and implement strategies that improve service delivery and operational outcomes
• Analyze transportation data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for cost reduction
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards in all transportation activities
• Coordinate communication among drivers, clients, and internal teams to promptly resolve operational issues
• Participate in hiring, training, and evaluating transportation personnel to build a high-performing team
• Support the development and management of transportation budgets and forecasts to align with business goals
